Please be patient with us, we can only answer the phone in between appointments and do not answer the phone after 2pm on a Saturday for the weekend. It is a lot easier for you to leave us a clear message, repeating your phone number slowly or sending us an email with your enquiry.
What should I wear to my exercise class/massage?
For all exercise classes, you need to be wearing loose clothing that you can move around in and comfortable trainers (Except Pilates where you will not require shoes) A lot of customers like to bring a towel and bottle of water. We sell water and energy bars for after your class if you require.
For massages, you need to be wearing clothing that will enable us to reach the area of your body you would like massaged. For example, if you would like to have your leg massaged, you might like to wear shorts. We provide all towels.
What happens if there is a class going on when I arrive for my appointment?
Please walk straight through the studio room and into the back waiting area.
I am running late to my class, should I let you know?
It is not necessary, please enter the class and join in as soon as you can.

I need to cancel an appointment
Please let us know at your earliest convenience, we do operate a 24hour cancellation policy and so you will be charged for your appointment unless you cancel with plenty of notice.

Walking away from Wimbledon town centre, towards Wimbledon theatre, the main road The Broadway makes a large bend towards the right and turns into Merton Road. After this bend in the road, Griffiths Road is the first turning on the right, Shape 2 fit is one of the first buildings on the left as you enter the road in the Baltimore House building.

We are now selling Shape 2 fit hooded sweatshirts to wear to and from your sessions. The hoodies are grey and can be ordered in Small, medium and large for £20 – as modelled by Lauren.
