Up for a new challenge? Want to push your body to its maximum or just looking to try something new?
Shape 2 fit fitness days are back, coming to push you to your maximum, helping you try every type of class we offer and achieve your fitness goals through a variety of activities and exercises.
The mini format will start at 10am and run until 2pm, incorporating Body conditioning, kettle bells, boxing, circuits, nutrition and Pilates. (Please note some timings will be different)
The full day will start at 10am and will finish at 5pm, after the completion of mini we go into hula hoop, Zumba and dance fusion to really get the party rocking and the pulses rolling. (Please note some timings will be different)
Both fitness days include a free goody bags full of advice, guidance and vouchers.
Fitness days run throughout the week and on Saturdays (Subject to availability) and need to be booked through the booking system (red bar at the top of the screen). Mini day is £30, full day is £50. We suggest you bring plenty of water, easy grab snacks, a towel and a change of clothing.
