Shape 2 fit will sit you down with one of our personal trainers, work through your goals and ambitions, organise your workout and provide you with an exercise programme that can be done in a suitable time for yourself, and within your own space.
Your programme can involve as many days, exercises and activities that you want, its all up to you.
In six weeks, your personal trainer will sit back down with you, asses how everything’s going, tweaking where you need to and keep you motivated for the next six weeks.
