For any type of sporting injuries, we can combine a mixture of therapies to reduce your symptoms and make your return to sport as quick as possible. These will include, massage, mobilisations, acupuncture and TENS electrical impulse machinery. If you are not happy with one of these therapies being used, please let your therapist know at the beginning of your session. Please note, not all therapists can perform all therapies so please check availability before you book.
One hour sports rehabilitation with Lauren £50 per hour (Acupuncture, massage, TENS and mobilisations)
One hour sports rehabilitation with Charlotte £45 per hour (Massage and mobilisations)
Please note, for any therapy, a detailed record of your current and past medical history will be recorded and stored by Shape 2 fit safely and securely.

Cancellation fee: Please note all sessions will be charged for in full with less than 24hours notice of cancellation. All deals brought for Shape 2 fit have a 12 month expiry from date of transaction.
